  This study presents the results of a new approach to the analysis of the process of finding the characteristics of materials and synthesis of algorithms for solving inverse problems based on the methods of automatic control theory. The method of full-scale model tests to solve the problem is used. It is shown that the existing techniques for inverse problems can be presented in the form of regulation elements of automatic control systems. The process of finding solutions of inverse problems can be present in the form of an automatic control system. Thus, it becomes possible to synthesize new algorithms for solving inverse problems based on the methods of automatic control theory, in particular control systems with adaptive parameters of regulation elements.

  This study describes a fault diagnosis system for mechatronics modules realized through the combination of wavelet transformation, fuzzy logic and neural network techniques. As a reference base we have selected Daubechies wavelet. Fault diagnoses accomplish the characteristic frequencies using the fuzzy logic in aggregate neural network. The combination of advanced techniques reduces the learning time and increases the diagnosis accuracy. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is promising for the mechatronics modules.

  This study describes the algorithm and the results of the practical implementation of the method of process control proportional electromagnetic actuators to control their production process. method algorithm includes four items: the measurement of the dynamic characteristics of the magnetization of the electromagnetic actuator, reduction of the space dimension of input data using the selected projection method, carrying out the classification into groups of measured characteristics, determining the numerical values of the deviations from the norm of defective products with the selected method of calibration. This approach allows us to determine the type and degree of impairment of the mode of the process that will lead to effective management of the production process electromagnetic actuators.

  This study describes the implementation of principal component analysis method for electromagnetic drives technological production process control. The analysis of existing methods of technological processes of production of proportional electromagnetic drives is performed. The method for control of technological production process is developed. The approximation of dynamic magnetization characteristic of electromagnetic drives is made. Projecting of dynamic characteristic of the magnetization by method of principal component analysis is implemented. The calibration and classification methods are selected. To separate the training sample into groups and classification of dynamic characteristic of the magnetization for the test sample was used method of formal independent modeling of class analogies. The results of implementation of selected methods are presented.

  The study describes the materials on the development and testing bench for the study of algorithms and methods of processing the results of measurements of the electrical parameters of the object for subsequent visualization of its internal structure. To implement the hardware configuration is chosen platform National Instruments PXI. The platform is equipped with an additional set of input-output modules to provide a controlled supply of AC signals to the object of measurement capabilities. Calculation of the resistance distribution of the internal structure and its visualization is performed using special software.

  The study describes a method of complex predict diagnosis of electromagnetic actuators based on their magnetic flux-current characteristics. Principle Component Analyses (PCA) is used as a diagnostic algorithm, it allows to reduce the source data dimension. Particular defect of the electromagnetic actuator is assessed by accumulation of points in a certain region of space. To predict possible failures of investigated actuators regression model is used.

  The study describes the use of tensor methodology to describe non-linear processes occurring in the electromagnetic AC drives. Application of tensor approach provides increased value for models describing nonlinear processes in objects than, for example with conventional systems of differential equations. The advantage of the tensor approach is the possibility of a generalized description of the essence of the processes occurring in the drives that facilitates the search for solutions of the equations describing the processes of electromagnetic actuators.

  The study describes the development of multiprocessing mathematical model to take account of the mechanical, electrical and magnetic parameters electromagnetic AC drives. The resulting model is a system of three equations each of which is responsible for a separate proceeding process. The developed model is relevant for the assessment of electromagnetic drivers, using the method of natural-model tests. The method of natural-model tests combines measurement known quantities on the physical object and measure the required variables in the model.

  The study presents the results of the developing of the method of controlling the position of plunger electromagnet DC without the use of special sensors. Stand for research according to flux-ampere characteristic of the position of the movable element of the electromagnet is designed. Neural network model for solving the inverse problem of determining the position of the plunger according to flux-ampere characteristic is developed.

  This study presents the results of the development of the algorithm for determining the two coordinate BH magnetization curve of the material according to indications of one transmitter. The method of full-scale model tests is used to solve the problem. The algorithm is implemented as lua-script for FEMM 4.2 program. A program implemented in LabVIEW 2013 environment to control the process of determining the BH magnetization curve.

  The positioning system is developed in which the distributed magnetizing coil made up of a number of small size coils. The mode of impulse magnetization of active elements from Magnetic Shape Memory Alloys (MSMA) is applied with a possibility of magnetic field intensity regulation on the elements. Such approach also allows to realize discrete control mode of MSMA strain and to increase positioning accuracy. The mathematical model for strain assessment of an active element considering permanent strain, nonlinear dependence of strain on the enclosed magnetic field and unevenness of magnetization of an active element is developed. The example of strain modeling of an active element of positioning system is given. Using the mathematical modeling of the three-dimensional electromagnetic field assessment of vortex currents influence on dynamic processes in active elements is carried out which allows assessing its influence on speed of system positioning. Duration of current impulses in the magnetizing coil is determined. The received results allow solving research problems of properties and use of MSMA in creation of high-speed high-precision positioning systems.
