  Online banking was introduced in Malaysia on 1 June, 2000 due to progressive expansion of information and communication technology. It allows consumer to manage and handle their banking account and transactions by using internet facilities. However, this system has not been fully utilized in the country due to a high number of consumers still prefer to perform banking transactions at the counters. The statistic shows that online banking subscribers in Malaysia are relatively low, since 2006 until 2013. The objective of this study is to identify, the factors which determine users satisfaction level using online banking services. Based on the literature reviewed, 6 factors have been identified to influence the online banking satisfaction level namely; self-efficacy, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, service quality and information quality. The factor performance expectancy, effort expectancy and social influence are based from the UTAUT Model whereas the service quality and information quality are based from D&M IS Success Model. The study used survey by questionnaire approach. A total of 180 questionnaires were distributed among the randomly selected respondents. However, only 125 questionnaires were collected back which made up 69.4% of total questionnaires distributed. It was found that there were 54 users (43.2%) spending <1 h on online banking transactions, such as transfer money to profit organization, third parties, checking account balance, bill payment, make e-fixed deposit placement and other. There were about 32 (25.6%) spending from 1-2 h to use online banking. The 22 of respondents (17.6%) almost never spend the time to use online banking even if they have online banking accounts. There were 17 respondents (13.6%) spending 3 h and above for the said purpose. It was found that there were 41 respondents (32.8%) using online banking a few times a month. The 30 respondents (24%) used it once a month, 28 respondents (22.4%) also used it a few times a week. Then, 14 respondents (11.2%) never used it a month. The 9 respondents (7.2%) use it once a day and there 3 (2.4%) used it several times a day. The findings indicate that factors on performance expectancy, social influence and service quality are significantly positive on users satisfaction towards online banking. However, self-efficacy, effort expectancy and information quality are non-significant. This research provides recommendations to enhance online services and strategies in the banking sector.

  The study aims to assess the burden of debt incurred by construction firms. Several methods of data collection were utilized in this study. Method engages ratio analysis on the financial statements of selected contractors (six large and medium-sized contractors). Annual financial reports for 3 consecutive years (2007, 2008, 2009) of selected construction companies were thoroughly studied. Four types of debt ratios, namely; current liabilities/net asset value, debt/equity ratio, average age of account payable and ratio of accounts payable/income were used to measure the burden of debt incurred by contractors. In this comparative analysis, industry averages were also used to evaluate companies’ average ratios. In method, interviews with owners of the firms were conducted. The step verifies the findings from the ratio analyses. Method undertook quantitative surveyto assess the perception on the findings of methods and. The study mailed 250 questionnaires to others of the same category of contractor firms. The analyses indicate that most contractors faced with high debt burden and results from the interview indicate that the situation is caused by eight factors: late reception of progress payment, small initial capital, late reception of advance payment, insufficient advance payment, portions of firm capital in the form of fixed assets the attitude of contractors towards debt, value of projects exceeding the capacity of a firm and insufficient capitaldue to firm expansion. From the survey, factors are significantly positive however factors and were insignificant.

  Conflicts that occur among employees can be prevented by managing the conflict effectively. Conflict management is important as it will affect employee’s attitudes and behavior’s. This study discusses how the specific organizational justice dimensions influenced the conflict management styles. The main objective of this research is to investigate which styles have significance relationship with organizational justice dimensions such as distributive justice and procedural justice. The study was conducted using random sampling method. The result shows that employees with high sensitivity in organizational justice issues used integrating, obliging and compromising styles while employees whom with low sensitivity on justice issues are more favorable with dominating and avoiding styles.

  This study analyze the relationship between variables namely; compensation and benefits, training and development and supervision and evaluation toward the employees’ turnover intention in Public Institution of Higher Learning. A random sampling was conducted among employees in three different Public Institutions of Higher Learning in Northern Malaysia. Total of 300 survey questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and only 297 respondents were returned and justified as usable for analysis. The data were put to test using correlational and regression analyses in evaluating the relationships between the selected variables. The results have indicated that compensation and benefit has significantly contributed the most on the intention to leave among employees. Meanwhile, training and development had shown combination between positive and negative correlations. The elements of supervision and evaluation have shown insignificant results. In conclusion, the compensation and benefit have proven of strong influence in the intention to leave among employees in Public Institution of Higher Learning. Some recommendations have been highlighted in this study for organizations in order to improve and re-strategize the human resource practices in minimizing the turnover rate among employees for the betterment in organizational performance in the future.
