  The purpose of this research was identification of organizational agility factors influential on provision of services with desired quality to customers. The method of this research was descriptive and field study. For realization of this matter initially with attention to and review of texts and literature of the research, a questionnaire was formulated where its validity was confirmed by 4 university experts in the subject of organizational agility. For determination of its reliability, the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was calculated at 0/81. This questionnaire was distributed among 130 individuals from 196 directors, specialists and employees of the Rasen Darman Company who formed the research population. For data analysis, tests such as the K-S for determination of normalcy of the distribution of the statistical sample and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient for identification of organizational agility factors influential on provision of services with desired quality for customers were used. Results showed that 4 main elements of organizational, strategic, technological and human factors of organizational agility have positive and direct influence on provision of services with desired quality to customers in the Rasen Darman Company.

  This study entitled “Measuring the Relationship Between Organizational Culture and the Establishment of Knowledge Management in Payame Noor University of Tehran-varamin” has been done in the form of a main hypothesis and 6 sub-hypothesis. The methodology was a field research and questionnaires were used to collect data. The population in this study were employees of Payame Noor University. The results indicate that there is a significant relationship between organizational culture and knowledge management and sub hypotheses were confirmed. In other words, the significant relationship between organizational culture, individual creativity, management support, conflict, coordination and leadership styles and knowledge management were approved.

  The study aimed to examines the relationship between transformational leadership style with stress and fatigue in PNU and the impact of organizational culture and organizational structure on it and finding appropriate solutions to reduce the consequences of it. For the purposes of this study, it was an applied research and the category in terms of research and data collection is descriptive study and specifically is correlational (analysis of covariance matrix). In this study, both methods of factor analysis and structural equation modeling were used. The research was conducted in two phases. Moreover, the four thematic areas of the research within the framework of transformational leadership structures, organizational culture, organizational structure and stress.

  The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of thinking styles on emotional intelligence of staff of Agricultural Jihad Organization in the city of Tabriz. In order to investigating the effect of thinking styles on emotional intelligence, 250 employees, using random sampling method and with emotional intelligence questionnaire Sieber or Shearing and Sternberg-Wagner Thinking Style Questionnaire, was examined. Reliability of the questionnaire according to Cronbach’s alpha 0.86 percent has been estimated. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. After collecting data using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation coefficient, and tolerance to linear regression analysis are discussed. The findings showed that there is a direct correlation between the dimensions of thinking styles and emotional intelligence, results showed that after thinking style actions significant effect on emotional intelligence employees. After thinking style, no significant effect on the emotional intelligence of employees and the level of emotional intelligence of employees a significant effect on the thinking style.

  Currently, Research and Development (R&D)is the most important factor of new productions and industrial achievement of an economy. Moreover, development of SMEs is key to economic development in the next decade. The main purpose of this study is to evaluate R&D for the factors effective on productivity growthof SMEs. In this regard, the factors effective on productivity were first identified and then prioritized from the viewpoint of manufacturers. This study assumed a relationship between R&D and consequently its main dimensions such as human resources and motivation, rules and regulations, innovative R&D, finance and investment and managerial resources and organization and productivity growth. This study used correlation and data was collected by archival and field studies (questionnaires). The studied population consisted of all Iranian SMEs which had R&D units. Using Cochran formula, 320 unitswere selected as samples by simple random sampling method. The results showed a significant relationship between human resources and motivation, rules and regulations, innovative R&D, finance and investment, managerial resources and organization and generally R&D and productivity growth of firms. Moreover, the prioritized dimensions of R&D included finance and investment, managerial resources and organization, innovative R&D, rules and regulations and human resources and motivation, respectively.

  Intellectual capital at the level of macro-management and the management of organizations can create new understanding of economic-social system and taking into account a broad range of organizational and management requirements and the growing importance of accurate knowledge, we must try to understand the factors affecting and influencing it. The aim of this study was to assess the role and effectiveness of the relationship between intellectual capital and knowledge management in the organization. The population consisted of staff of Al-ghadir Research Institute. To achieve the main purpose, researcher at the start of the study and a main hypothesis of effort put into the design of three subsidiary ones. Intellectual capital three dimensions of human, structural and communication and knowledge management to five; collect knowledge, storing knowledge; knowledge of constant refinement, use of knowledge and knowledge distribution, were divided. Questionnaire validity by content validity methods andstructural analysis by Lisrel software which shows the validity of the questionnaire was obtained and reliability through Cronbach’s alpha 0.89 and 0.91 obtained which indicates an acceptable validity. Data analysis was performed using SPSS statistical software.All three sub-hypotheses and main hypothesis were confirmed.
