The inclusion of probiotics in the technology of growing young animals is the latest way of preventing gastrointestinal diseases based on environmentally friendly mechanisms of maintaining a high level of colonization resistance of the intestine. The aim of the research was to study the effect of probiotic preparations of different composition on the dynamics of normoflora and opportunistic pathogenic microflora of newborn calve’s and weaning age piglet’s intestinal microbiome. To achieve this goal, four groups of newborn calves were formed which received a synbiotic based on medicinal plant raw material and lactobacilli, "Sporovit" and "Enzymsporin" and four groups of 45 days old piglets that also received the above preparations. Prior to the beginning of the experiment then on the 10-30th days from the beginning of the experiment, feces were taken for microbiological studies. The use of the synbiotic based on medicinal plant raw material and lactobacilli, probiotics "Sporovit" and "Enzymsporin" in newborn calves and piglets at weaning increased the activity of bifid and lactoflora by 1.8 and 2.4 times; Inhibited the content of E. coli by 1.2 and 1.8 times, Enterococci by 1.4 and 1.5 times, Staphylococci by 1.4 and 1.9 times, yeast-like fungi of Candida by 1.7 and 1. 9 times, Clostridia by 1.4 and 1.5 times.

The effect of varroosis infestation rate on morphometric indicators of wild bees living in natural conditions in the mountain-forest zone of the Republic of Bashkortostan was studied. There were no significant differences in the wing size while the high infestation rate of bee colonies with Varroa destructor (22-24 %) resulted in smaller proboscis length by 12%. Significant differences were also, found for mean values of the length and the width of the 3rd abdomen sternite of worker bees from the colonies with varying degrees of infestation (p>0.001) and the length and the width of the wax mirror. No significant dissimilarities in the size of the 3rd tergite and the cubic index were found. The measurement of the fat body cells characteristics by the method of Tuktarov and Ishmeeva showed that the size of both fat cells and bees oenocytes for the colonies with higher infestation rate was significantly less (p>0.001) than that for the bees from lower infested colonies.

In this study, we describe the experimental material on the study of the expediency of application of aeroionization in different livestock enterprises. It has been established that in the air of livestock houses the content of light negative ions is 5.6 times less than in the atmosphere and of heavy ones, on the contrary, it is 1.8 times more. The ion pollution coefficient is 10 times higher than in the atmosphere. The use of aeroionization increases the sanitary condition of the microclimate with the relative humidity reduced by 6.9-8.1%, carbon dioxide content by 0.03%, ammonia by 2.0 mg/m3, hydrogen sulfide by 1.0 mg/m3, the amount of dust and germs by 1.8 times. Under the influence of optimal concentrations of light negative ions, hematological factors, the level of natural resistance of animals, average daily live weight gain of piglets are improved by 13.1%, calves by 13.9% in relation to control animals. Combined application of aeroionization, “Erakond”, “Biostim” tissue preparations and “Sporovit” and “Lactobacterin” probiotics has a more significant stimulating effect on hematological factors, the level of natural resistance and the intensity of growth of animals than their separate application. Thus, the average daily gain increased by 15.8%, the indices of natural resistance improved: lysozyme activity of blood cell increased by 5.9%, bactericidal activity by 5.9%, phagocytic activity by 7.0%, complementary by 9.0%. Combined application of aeroionization, biological stimulants and probiotics is not only hygienically expedient but it is a highly effective measure with the pay back of 8.85/1 rub. of expenses.

In the presented study actual problems of the anaerobic microflora impact studying are considered. To conduct the experiment among, weaned pig the animals with clinical signs of dysentery were selected. To establish the histological and ultrastructural changes in the large intestine, the material was obtained from the compulsory slaughtered animals. The histological and ultrastructural study of the mucous membrane of the large intestine in animals with swine dysentery revealed catarrhal hemorrhagic inflammation with focal necrosis of the epithelium and edema of the lamina. It was found that microbiocenosis violation occurs in all parts of the colon in the form of lower levels of normal flora and infestation in the lamina propria. New data allow us to establish pathogenic interrelation between Br. hyodysenteriae and anaerobia which should be taken into account when conducting differential diagnostics and improving measures to combat swine dysentery.
