The evaporation of quantum black holes would leave very distinctive imprints on the detectors and spectrum of such black holes could be obtained. To study the quantum gravity effects on the black hole spectrum, one can take into account the generalized uncertainty principle. In this paper, employing the BekensteinMukhanov approach, the spectrum of a quantum black hole is obtained. It is shown that the energy spacing between consecutive levels for MJ>>h is corresponding to a fundamental frequency.

In this study, the existence of a quantum constraint on the communication process between quantum systems is reviewed. This constraint is in the framework of holographic principle. A disintegration approach to second class constraint systems
in a covariant manner is studied. Also, the quantization of the brackets is
proposed. In particular, the brackets for coordinates are nonvanishing and
after quantization, we obtain the second class constraint systems in emerged
coordinates.

Genetic Algorithm and Multiple Linear Regression (GAMLR) and LevenbergMarquardt Artificial Neural Network (LM ANN) techniques were used to investigate the correlation between Trolox Equivalent Antioxidant Capacity (TEAC) and descriptors for 16 derivative hydroxy compounds. The applied internal validation method was used for the predictive power of four models. The square correlation coefficient between experimental and predicted TEAC for these data by GAMLR and were 0.824 and 0.966, respectively. This is the first research on the QSAR of the antioxidant compounds against the TEAC using the LM ANN.
