Abstract: For today more and more the Russian companies actively prosecute human resource management subjects. All understand that human resource management isnt simple payment of the salary and conducting personnel document circulation. The primary goal for HR-managers is working out of strategy of the company in the field of human resource management. One of directions of personnel strategy of the organization is optimization of expenses on the personnel, optimization of personnel maintenance of needs of the organization and also optimization of the functions which performance demands certain specialization of employees. The decision of these questions is satisfied in the course of application of personnel out-technologies.
