Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the effective way of interpersonal communication in case of enhancing job performance. The object of this research is foreign managers who work with their Indonesian colleague and employees. After finding the result of this research, management could utilize the information to enhance their job performance. This research is supported by qualitative and literature research that will lead to sharing forum is related to job performance.
