Abstract: In this study, we estimate the parameters of Poisson model, P = {f, (x, λ)} and modified Poisson model, G = {g (x, λ, α}. It is shown that the modified model of Fisher information is less than the Fisher information of Poisson model. The models have been compared with an illustrated example.
