Abstract: In this study, we focus on combination of GIS and 5G wireless mobile multimedia networks to propose a real-time fire disaster processing model-Mobile Multimedia Control Model (MMCM) so that a quick response can be taken once fires over to reduce destroy, especially peoples life. In the end of the study, two models will be compared.
