Abstract: This paper presents comparative study for the effects of the element failures of the aerodrome light signal complex (ALSC) on pilots` psycho-physiological state. The study includes results of practical experimental fulfilled on the aircraft trainers. The comparison between ALSC failures and aircraft system failures at take-off and landings is considered.
