Abstract: The main objective of the present study was to solve the different between the provinces of Pakistan. Infact, after the partition of the sub-continent, there were some constitutional matters in Pakistan which were not decided as yet. To solve the constitutional matters, there were different proposals. One of them was to merge the four provinces and states into one whole, that was called one unit.
