Interest Distribution among Members of Food Safety Traceability System-A Multistage Model
Huang Weidong, Wu Meirong and Chen Lingyun

Abstract: In recent years, a series of food safety incidents broke out because of the information asymmetry among the members of food supply chain. Therefore, there is a request for the establishment of food safety traceability system and formulation of effective regulations to keep its effective operation. Based on this, a multistage model is proposed to optimize the interest distribution among the members of the food safety traceability system. The model not only gives the relationship between member effort and final interest distribution, but also introduced reward and punishment coefficient as an incentive to push members of food safety traceability system to try their best. Finally, by using MATLAB, the profit distribution coefficient is calculated, which can be used as a reference to promote the stable operation of food safety traceability system.
