Respected Sir,
I go through your paper repeated times, only thing that I didn't understand how you calculate the reaction velocities of that enzyme (alpha amylase or alpha glucosidase). Probably a calculation is required to get the reaction velocities of that enzymes from different concentration of standard or absorbance versus concentration graph. But, how to calculate is not cleared to me. Please sir help me in this context to figure out this problem.
