How were the seeds cultured in the petri dishes and how were the seedlings allowed to grow. Maybe a picture could help. Were the perti dishes vertical to allow the roots to grow vertically along the paper, to allow easy measurement?
I hope you can be of assistance to the above questions.
Kind regards
