Abstract:
In this work it has been used a battery of six peroxidase conjugated lectins (Con A, RCA-I, DBA, WGA, SBA and UEA-I), in order to study the pattern of distribution of glycosidic residues that exist in the skin of some specimens of Lacerta hispanica, L. and Tarentola mauritanica, L. We appreciate some histochemical differences between the species. These differences probably may be correlated with the different customs of each one.
