Ibahim Cakmak, Tulin Aksit and Sultan Cobanogu

Abstract:
Pyemotes johnmoseri (Khaustov) (Acari: Pyemotidae) was collected from Hypoborus ficus (Erichson) and Hesperophanes griseus Fab. (Col.: Cerambycidae) in fig orchards in Aydin, Turkey during 2003-2004. We describe and illustrate the male and female of P. johnmoseri as a new record for the Turkish fauna.
