We report on our theoretical study the transport tunneling
properties in disorder DNA structures. A DNA molecule is modeled as a series
of barriers and quantum wells. Using the model of matrix transfer issue from
the continuity conditions of the Schrödinger equation, we calculate numerically
the transmission coefficient. Tunneling effect is observed in DNA and in some
disorder structures in poly DNA.
The probability distribution of the resistance is computed to determine the
