Analysis Design and Development of Regulated Power Supply-Using Soft Switched Resonant Converters

Abstract:
A high-frequency link series-parallel resonant converter is analyzed using ac complex analysis. Steady-state solutions are derived. A method of optimizing the converter under certain constraints is presented and a simple design procedure is illustrated by a design example. Experimental results are presented to verify the theory.
