ABSTRACT
Supply chain finance payment is one of the most important factors of improving efficiency and supply chain enterprise. Supply chain system is based on the suppliers, enterprises and distributors. Respectively, taking the expected cash flow, dynamic bill payment amount known, dynamic bill flow, cash flow dynamic known and dynamic planning bill payment into account, these established the supply chain finance payment model. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the model and algorithm provides a decision-making method to deal with the bill payment problems in supply chain.
