They were examined for the presence and number of Bacillus cereus. It was determined that fifty-nine samples (63.44%) contained more 100 cfu/g of B.cereus, with counts ranging from 102 to 3.2x103 cfu/g. In the 34 samples (36.56%), B. cereus were less 102 cfu/g. Only 5 samples (5.38%) had counts between 103-104 cfu/g.
