We humans use the decimal code to represent numbers. Digital electronic circuits in computers and calculators use mostly the binary code to represents numbers. Many other special codes are used in digita electronics to represent numbers, letters, punctuation marks and control characters. A common task of decoding from machine language to decimal numbers is encoding. A very common output device to display decimal numbers is the seven segment display. In this paper a twin (joint) seven-segment display has been proposed for Bangla digits. The 10 (ten) digits (0-9) of Bangla are represented by 4-bit input. The twin 7 segment is as a 12-segment display and it can be minimized to 11 or 10-segment according to the representation fo appropriate segment digits. |

Security is a major concern for any business on the Internet, since data is being transported over the network, making it possible for outsiders to snoop and derive critical information. Security violations (misuse) of the system can be categorized as being either intentional (malicious) or accidental. It is easier to protect against accidental misuse than to protect against malicious misuse. Among the forms of malicious access are–unauthorized reading of data (theft of information), unauthorized modification of data, unauthorized destruction of data. A major security problem for electronic transaction is the authentication problem (prevent any person or object from masquerading as some other person or object). There are some other issues that confront us in relation to securing electronic transactions are therefore: Confidentiality, Integrity, Availability, and Auditability. Implementing a security solution in an Electronic Commerce environment therefore, necessitates a Risk Analysis of the business scenario. In some cases, confidentiality might be an extremely critical issue whereas in others it may only be data integrity that is of paramount importance. In this paper we proposed a new method of encrypting the image files while transferring through the Internet. |

We have tried to develop a security technique for electronic transactions in Symmetric Cryptosystem. |
