  Organization’s concerns as controlling costs, improving quality, increasing effectiveness and managing risk have become increasingly important. Business-IT alignment (B-ITa) is a known solution for such concerns. There is a considerable literature on measuring and improving B-ITa in single organizations but the problem of B-ITa in Collaborative Networked Organizations (CNOs) has hardly been studied. Maturity Models (MM) are newly emerging measurement strategies for businesses/organizations that can help to measure the maturity of the relationship. To assess the maturity of CNOs there exist a number of MMs in this study, researchers consider the most recently developed MM, the IT-Enabled Collaborative Networked Organizations Maturity Model that developed by Santana Tapia.

  Basil (Ocimum basilicum) is an annual herb plant belonging to the Lamiaceae family that is used as a drug, spice and fresh vegetable. In order to study the effects of different levels of water stress on some morphological and biochemical characteristics of purple basil, a pot experiment was conducted in randomized complete block design with six treatments and three replications in growth chamber. The different levels of water stress were 100 (control or non-stress), 90, 80, 70, 60 and 50% of field capacity. The results of statistical analysis showed that water stress has significant effects on morphological and biochemical characteristics. As the soil water content decreased, the plant height, stem diameter, number and area of leaves, Leaf Area Index (LAI), herb yield and leaf chlorophyll contents (a,b and total chlorophyll) decreased but the amounts of anthocyanin and proline increased.

  Privatization in Islamic Republic has been done to accelerate the growing of national economy, improve the application increase the ability for competition, reducing the financial responsibility of government, expanding the ownership in public level and provide the social justice. But in Iran, because of political-economical no stability in competition of government wit private sector and political procedures of interest groups in economy, we never have a safe and stable private sector. In order to revive, the private sector in Iran there are some barriers from which, we can mention the law barriers. This one is the result of some or lack of government believes to private sector, economy based on market or seriously changing of regulations directions, or even the law, monopoly ness, unrespectable to ownership right, unlogical and unfair competition of economical units of state with systematic private sector by misusing the foreign exchange and rail facilities. Privatization in Iran can be done through several ways such as transferring public state companies by stock exchange, caution and proceedings or by installment or by giving to workers or embryos and selling the shares do people.
