Abstract:
I, Izirwan Bin Izhab, Corresponding Author, request that the paper entitled “Molecular Transformation of 2,6- Benzopyran Derivative from Reaction of Oxaruthenacycle Complex with Dimethyl Acetylenedicarboxylate” published in Journal of Applied Sciences 9 (17): 3176-3179, 2009 be withdrawn. The article was based on my master data supervised by Profs. Komiya, Hirano and Komine and was published without getting their consent and they were not agreeing to become the co-authors. Moreover, the corresponding article had been published elsewhere before submission of this article. I apologize to the Journal of Applied Sciences for the inconvenience. We hold the Journal of Applied Sciences in high regard and assure you these errors were not intentional or of deceptive intent. I further apologize to my supervisors for any difficulties caused by the publication of this paper.
