It's actually a good write up. However, I thought your report will also border on the characteristics of the enzyme itself so the industries have an idea of the parameters to regulate for effective application.
Still a good effort though. More fuel to your body cells.

sir i am a student who is working on laccase producing bacteria. However i am having difficulty in screening of laccase producing bacteria from the source material(distillery sludge). Sir could you please suggest a protocol for initial screening of such bacteria with abts.
