It's interesting to know that solenoid valves are being proposed to be used for compressed air that will be supplied through the distribution system in time sequence and into separate cylinders of the engine. I can imagine how complex these designs are, so the experts must have lots of learning and experience to actually put them into use and also successfully use the tools for the purposes.
